For all sessions, a 50% deposit is needed to secure your date.
This deposit will be applied to your total, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the day of your session.
To reserve your date, the form below must be completed and deposit received.
Payment options include Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and AppleCash.

All sessions are all inclusive with no other purchase requirements. Includes all high-resolution digital files + print release.
Digital files are delivered digitally through an online gallery. Non-refundable deposit of 50% of your session total is due at the time booking.
The remainder of your session total is due 2 days prior to your session date.
You are encouraged to book well in advance as session availability is limited per month.
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final.
Contract
A. SESSION POLICIES & REQUESTS
Photography session deposits are non-refundable. Deposit fees secure your session and include a specified mini/full session and ALL digital images.
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your allotted session time. Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled times. Arriving late may result in fewer images due to the shortened timeframe.
Cameras are not allowed at the photo session due to their distracting nature. These may prevent Photography by Lauren Elizabeth from being able to do our job effectively. QUIET, behind the scenes phone snaps are welcome as long as attention is not pulled away from the subject. Be sure to tag #PhotographybyLaurenElizabeth when sharing!
We respectfully ask that only the subject(s) of the session and their parent(s) and/or guardian be present at the session (unless there is a viable reason to have additional persons on site at the time).
B. LOCATION COSTS & FEES
Client is responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to location choice (admission fees, parking, grounds fees, etc.). You will be notified if requested location requires a fee prior to your session. Travel within a 40 miles of 95630 is included. Time and travel beyond this will be invoiced at current rates. Please ask for pricing if you think this will be necessary for your session.
C. RESCHEDULING/NO-SHOW/LATE
Photography by Lauren Elizabeth respectfully asks that if any subject(s) are feeling ill, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Photography by Lauren Elizabeth maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. Requests for rescheduling or re-shoots are granted only at Photography by Lauren Elizabeth’s discretion. Please contact Lauren Palmer at least 24 hours before said session for cancellations or rescheduling. Session fees are forfeited upon cancellation. Mini sessions can only be rescheduled if additional mini session dates and times are available. Sessions that are not rescheduled, are considered a cancellation.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours before the session time) and no-shows are subject to forfeiture of the session/deposit fees. Photographer will wait approximately 15 minutes before determining session a no show. Coming late to your session will result in less time allotted for your session and resulting in less images available. It is the client's responsibility to inform photographer to reschedule 24 hours prior to session. Mini sessions scheduled at a rental studio may only be rescheduled if additional mini session dates and times are available at said studio.
D. RE-SHOOTS
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, non-cooperation from any of the parties involved, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
E. PROCESS & EDITING
For mini sessions, the photographer will select a minimum of 10 of the session’s best images. For full sessions, at least 30 photos will be selected. These images will be edited and enhanced based on the photographer’s artistic vision. The photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards. All images that are not deemed acceptable - such as ones where blinks occur, motion-induced focus issues, and unflattering poses - are discarded immediately.
F. ONLINE GALLERY/ORDERING/DELIVERY
Online galleries are hosted for 14 days for viewing, downloading & sharing. After galleries are closed, images are archived for safe keeping. Minor re-touching requests are included at no cost (fix blemishes, tighter crop, etc.), but more involved requests are billed at $40/hr, with a 2hr minimum. Photography by Lauren Elizabeth will let you know if there will be extra charges prior to additional edits.
G. PAYMENT
Payment for session retainer fee include the following tenders: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and AppleCash..
H. CREDITS
Gift certificates, special offers, and other credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
I. MODEL RELEASE
Clients are in agreement that images from their session may be used on Photography’ by Lauren Elizabeth's website, social network, featured blog, marketing material (business cards, newsletter, special announcements), and photographer spotlight posts on photography forums. Photography by Lauren Elizabeth will not sell these images to any third party without additional consent from you.
J. LIABILITY
Photography by Lauren Elizabeth takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, retouching, and transportation of digital captures, proofs and prints. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a re-shoot can be scheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage of originals shall be a prorated amount of the total amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged. In the unlikely event that Photographer is injured or becomes too ill to attend the portrait session, Photographer will make every effort to reschedule to the earliest possible date. If the situation should occur, and the portrait session must take place on the scheduled date, Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received.
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
K. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT
The Client agrees that all copyright and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at that session shall be held exclusively by the Photographer. It is a violation of federal copyright law to copy, scan, screen grab or allow photographs that the Photographer has created to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned, or altered (digitally or otherwise), without the Photographer's express written permission. The Client agrees to purchase portrait photography prints or products directly from the Photographer unless in possession of a digital package which can be purchased separately with a print release form signed by the Photographer, or as part of the purchased portrait package at that time. If the Client purchases a digital with a signed print release form, they understand that they are not given permission to alter or manipulate the images in any way.
Infringement of Copyright is punishable by law.
